1. What are your operational hours?

We operate from Mondays – Fridays (9.00am – 5.00pm) and Saturday (9.00am-3.00pm) except on public holidays and office closures.

2. How do I place my order?

Please refer to the “How to Order” for steps on how to place orders and make payments.

3. Can I make changes to my order items after I have received the order confirmation via email?

No. Changes cannot be made to a confirmed order. The confirmed order has to be cancelled and a new order will be placed.

4. May I place my order through the phone?

Yes. We do accept phone orders. (Only wholesale customers)

5. How do I know if I have placed my order successfully?

If your order has been successfully placed, you would receive an auto generated email confirmation with your order number, order date, a summary of your order items and a shipping address within minutes.

Please ensure that you have provided us with a valid email address.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of placing the order, please check your spam folder, in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Alternatively, you may log in to your account and check under your Orders.

6. How do I check the status of my order? You may check your order statuses via these simple steps.

Step 1: Login to your account by keying your username and password.

Step 2: Click on My Orders.

Step 3: Click on Order Details and search via the order number and order date of your order.

7. May I collect my order at Teck Sang stores?

Yes. We allow you to collect your e-Store orders at our retail stores at Hong Kong Street. Please select and confirm the goods collection options before you proceed to the payment.

Same day collection is available 5 hours after orders have been placed before 3.00pm. Orders made after 3.00pm to midnight can be collected next day 3pm. Orders made after 12 midnight can be collected on the same day from 3pm onwards.

For customers who choose self-collect, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any changes to the order once the order has been confirmed.

1. Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

Yes, for wholesale customers, you must to sign up an account with us helps speed up the checkout process and allows you to keep track of your orders. As customers registered an account with us, do note that your information will be stored and you will be able to check or make amendments to your order.

2. How do I create an account or sign in to my account?

To create an account, simply click on ‘Sign up’ followed by ‘create an Account’ and fill in your particulars. Customer will receive an auto generated email to activate their account. To sign in, click on ‘Sign In’ to enter your email address and password.

3. How do I reset/change my password?

To reset your password, simply click on ‘Sign In’ followed by ‘Forgot Password’. Enter your email address and click on “Submit”. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

To change your password, sign in to your account and click on “Change Password” from your account overview. Alternatively, you may do so via your Account Details page.

4. How can I edit/update my billing and shipping addresses?

Please sign in to your account and click on ‘Overview’ under ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit/update your billing and shipping addresses in your Address Book and save them for your future orders.

5. How can I edit/update my account details?

Please sign in to your account and click on ‘Account Details’ under ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit/update your particulars.

6. What are the benefits of creating an account?

By creating an account, you will be able to:

  • Checkout faster by saving your addresses in your Address Book
  • View your order status and history under My Orders
  • Save your favourite items with your Wishlist
