Exchange and Return
Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.
In the interests of food hygiene, we do not accept returns of foods that has already been used and food that has already been opened unless it is defective or a wrong item sent.
1. Can I cancel my order and be refunded?
No Refund is been allowed. Customers only can exchange for the same value of goods.
What customers need to do is email us your order cancellation request to email@example.com by 12noon the working day before your delivery.
For example, the scheduled delivery is Monday, 5 Feb 2018. The order must be cancelled on Friday before 12noon.
2. What do I have to look out for if my request is approved?
You will receive an email from us within 1 to 2 working days. You would have to bear any delivery and handling charges which you may incur in the return or exchange of the product.
